Bunk is committed to make signing up as easy as possible for you and you can now either watch our video on how to sign up (watch our tenant sign up walkthrough video) or follow the below steps:

Step 1: You should have already received an invitation email from Bunk, which contains a tenancy code. You will need to use this code to access your Bunk account. If you have not received this code yet, please call our support team on 0117 442 0953. 

Step 2: You will now need to copy your unique code (highlight, Control + C on the code or highlight, left click + copy) ready to be pasted in just a short while. Now you have copied your tenancy code, please click on the button which says sign up. 

Step 3: This will lead you to the Bunk web-app, where all you have to do now is sign up and make your Bunk account. Please make sure you are using the same email address which you received your tenancy code, otherwise it will not work! 

If you would like to change your email address at a later date, this is no problem at all but please message us to change it after you have made your account with the original email.

Step 4: Now you have created your account and logged in, this is where you will need to paste your tenancy code... once you have pasted it in you will all set up and linked with your landlords property!
