You can take a property off market by using the Properties Tab on the navigation toolbar on the left side of the screen. This takes you to all the properties you would’ve listed at the time and will even include properties which are due for edits/publishing etc.
After filtering out the property that you would want to bring off the market, you would be directed to a page with the property information I.e. the tenants, maintenance issue, property certificates etc
The tab, Take The Property Off-Market, available under the property card once selected will bring up a pop-up asking the reason for taking the property down and once you confirm the changes, the property will be taken down from Bunk’s website and app.
