To ensure property laws are maintained, you must provide valid and in date property certificates
In order to amend the dates of your certificate, please first go to the properties and select the property you want to amend the certificates for:
From here you will see the current certificates you have uploaded again your property as well as the expiration dates certificate status.
By clicking on each certificate, you can view them directly on the platform.
When adding a document you will be required to advise of the type of certificate you are uploading including its expiration date. We also support a range of file types for uploading to the platform.
The system will also notify its users in examples where certificates have expired to ensure all property rules and regulations are maintained for the safety of landlords and tenants.
