Found a tenant off platform or transitioning your current tenants over to using Bunk?
This article will show you how to edit a property to change it from looking for tenants to "I already have tenants".You can access this by going into properties - editing the listing - and changing the status of the room/apartment to 'I already have tenants.'
Our flow will then take you through a page to add in all of the tenants relevant information. This includes:
-Rent frequency
-Tenant name + Contact details
-Payment dates and schedule
-What payment reference code they should pay with
-Tenancy start date + end
-Uploading of any documents eg. tenancy agreements/deposit certificates.
At the end of the listing you will have a choice to invite your tenants later or to invite your tenants when you list the property. This enables you to make all your edits and changes before notifying the tenant and causing possible confusion.
*Please note once you have saved and edited a room/property as 'I am looking for tenants' you will have to delete it and add another room if you want to change it back to 'I already have tenants'.
