We have developed the 'create a tenancy' tab which will allow you to create a tenancy for your tenant without them having to go through the applications process.
This might be the case if you have already referenced your tenants and you just want to add them into a tenancy straight away.
You have the choice to create the AST here or upload one that has already been signed off-platform. Once tenancy is created the tenants payment schedule will generate and they will be invited to the platform.
