Changes to the tenancy agreement can be made if the document has yet to be signed
You can edit the tenancy agreement in cases where it hasn't been signed by either, the landlord or the tenant.
If the tenancy agreement has been signed by either party and changes are required, Bunk provides functionality where the landlords can withdraw and edit the tenancy agreement at this stage.
If the agreement has been signed by both parties, the agreement needs to be withdrawn and the tenancy needs to be cancelled for any changes. Once the tenancy has been cancelled, you're good to go! You will have to create a new tenancy using the "Create Tenancy" tab on the tenancies with the necessary changes to implement.
