Any new applicants looking to be added to an application must be referenced by either a landlord or third party.
If you would like to reference another tenant on the application on a processed application, the new applicant would have to be referenced outside the referencing process. This is conducted by the landlords themselves or a third party.
We won't be able to add another tenant to the application.
Alternatively, if the tenant cancels their offer and sends in a new offer adding their partner/friend's housemates to the offer, this will be amended before sending in an offer.
This ensures that both the applications can be referenced together, allowing the landlord to choose the references they'd like to be verified.
