My guarantor has filled in the references, what happens next?

Guarantor references are required to check the validity of all guarantors

For the landlord to finalise and accept your application in full, guarantor references are required.

Bunk uses Vouch tenant referencing to collect all essential information for tenants and their guarantors.

Once this information has been provided, Vouch generates a complete report for the landlords to ensure you meet their requirements to go ahead with the tenancy.

You will also be sent a legal guarantor document which must be signed once the Vouch process has been completed. The guarantor will be sent their legal guarantor document to sign, alongside a copy of the tenant's assured tenancy agreement. The tenant will not be able to proceed further until the guarantor has signed their guarantor document.

If accepted, your application will move to the agreement stage, which will be marked as complete once both you and your landlord have signed the agreement:

If your guarantor has provided their references and you are waiting for the application to move to the next stage, you can also message the landlord through the chat feature to obtain an update.
