There is a 24 hour time frame in which the properties are reviewed and approved to be displayed as a listing.
To avoid fraudulent/unverified listings, Bunk doesn't allow landlords to list properties without approval. This must be conducted by Bunk executives for it to be listed on the platform. This ensures that quality standards are maintained.
The properties will then be approved or rejected within 24-36 hours of them being listed.
Please note, because Bunk's listings are automated, any listing which is removed on Bunk will subsequently be removed on all advertisement portals in which the property was listed.
