Before your tenancy begins, the landlord must first accept your application
Please note, that the landlords would have received many applications for the property you are interested in, and therefore the acceptance of your application may take some time.
However, the platform allows you to message the landlords directly in order to discuss your application:
From your dashboard, head to the applications tab:
From applications, select manage to select the property you are awaiting acceptance for:
From the applications page, the landlord for the property will be displayed. You will also be able to message the landlords from here:
