It is not possible for Bunk to mediate issues regarding damages in excess of the deposit.
Being a software company, we won't be able to mediate the issue for the damages in excess of the deposit. For any claims up to the deposit amount and if registered with the Deposit Protection Agency, you will be able to make a claim of the full deposit. This must first be agreed upon by the tenants through Bunk.
You may have to provide evidence including any invoices for the repairs if the tenants dispute any reductions
