I want to set the priority status for the Maintenance issues for the tenants, how can I do that?

Maintenance allows you to take action on any maintenance related issues which they would like to add a status to. They are directed to a new page with details pertaining to the request. One can set the priority to the requests by using the drop down menu after being directed to the page. 
This allows the landlord to schedule an appointment date and time for the maintenance to take place. The landlord can choose to the status of the progress and add any notes internally for themselves or any notes for the tenant.
